In 2019, my quest for
delicious yet eco-friendly
products led me back to Ghana.
There, I rediscovered the Abrofo-n'katie or Blofo Nkati3, also known as the Tropical Almond - a local nut from my childhood. Determined to transform it into an innovative and healthy treat, I founded Talmond. Today, we continue crafting novel, delicious products from underutilised West African crops. Join us on a journey where innovation meets tradition, creating a world where every bite tells a story of sustainability and flavour exploration.
